Terms & Conditions

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Kyria Creative ("I", "me", "my") to clients ("you", "your"). By booking or using my services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

I provide social media management and content creation services for small businesses, as outlined in the proposal, invoice, or agreement provided to you before work begins.

 

2. Bookings & Payment

  • A [deposit/full payment] is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week, or work may be paused until payment is received.

3. Content & Approval

  • I'll share content for your review before it's published, where agreed.

  • Please provide feedback within 3 days. Delays in approval may affect posting schedules.

  • Once content is approved and published, changes may incur an additional fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel services with 30 days' written notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Refunds for completed work are not provided, but I'll always aim to resolve any concerns fairly.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Once paid in full, content created for you is yours to use.

  • I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary access (e.g. social media logins), and timely feedback to help me deliver the service effectively.

7. Liability

I'll do my best work, but I'm not responsible for third-party platform outages, algorithm changes, or results outside my control (e.g. follower growth, sales). Social media performance can vary and isn't guaranteed.

8. Confidentiality

Any business information shared with me will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this website.
